LAGOS WEST CHILDREN MINISTRY

The ECWA Lagos West DCC Children Ministry is the foundational ministry dedicated to nurturing the spiritual, moral, and social growth of children across all ECWA churches within the Lagos West District Church Council (DCC). As an integral part of the wider ECWA mandate of Evangelism, Discipleship, and Missions, the Children Fellowship focuses on building strong biblical foundations in the lives of young ones—guiding them to know Jesus, love Him, and grow into His likeness.

We believe that children are precious gifts from God and vital members of the church today—not just the church of tomorrow. Our mission is to create a safe, joyful, engaging, and Christ-centred environment where every child can learn God’s Word, develop Christian values, and grow in faith through age-appropriate teachings and activities.

The Children Ministry supports local church children departments by providing structure, training, curriculum support, and coordinated district-wide events that foster growth, learning, and unity among children across Lagos West.
